Ann Fry, CEO of Bluewater Business Consulting, has over 20 years experience as a professional Human Resources and Operations manager and director. Her career began as a professional management and interpersonal skills trainer later working within the Hotel, Hospitality and Catering industries in the UK. She has run her own management consultancy in the UK, providing practical advice to companies and delivering her own brand of management training, designed to inspire both newly appointed and the work weary manager to raise their game and see the benefits of utilizing solid man-management skills - and enjoy doing it!

With extensive experience at Board level; during her career serving as HR and Operations Director, Combined Science Director, Information Director and as Deputy CEO, she works tirelessly to raise operational standards, driving efficiencies, turnover and profit. Ann is passionate about creating business success - and getting business managers to release their "inner entrepreneur". Amongst her specialisms, she is particularly skilled in turnaround situations; maximising assets, restructuring and changing the operational and management style of a business unit to bring about improvements to the commercial viability and stability of an operation.

Ann is a Member of the Institute of Directors in London as well as Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and a member of the Institute of Management Consultants USA. She is also a Non-Executive Director of an analytical testing company in the UK, and acts as the Global Human Resources Consultant for an international Healthcare organization.
