Since I started RD Analytical, Ann has provided mentoring and guidance to myself and the rest of the Board. Her in-depth practical knowledge of how to grow, develop and motivate a business has been instrumental in us achieving a profitable status within our first 24 months of trading. Ann’s particular guidance and knowledge within the areas of Human Resources and Operational strategies have been significantly valuable. Ann’s ethos is to build a ‘we can do’ attitude into any business she works with and she believes in empowering the people she is involved with.
